It’s Zhang Miao Yi’s 27th birthday today, with Tencent Video celebrating by releasing a Happy Birthday visual of the Chinese actress in her role as Xi Yue in the upcoming wuxia horror romance Liao Zhai.

Along with her upcoming drama Liao Zhai, you will also know the now-27-year-old actress from her roles in recent C-dramas like Please Don’t Spoil Me (5 seasons), When I Fly Towards You, Exclusive Fairytale, Back to 17, Guardians of the Dafeng, The First Frost and the recently-ended The Legend of the Female General.
Zhang Miao Yi also has two other dramas in production and, hopefully, releasing soon.
They are Romance Next Door with Chen Xin Hai, and The Company alongside Gao Wei Guang (aka Vengo Gao) and Leon Leong. (Update: The Company finally has its premiere date of December 17th, 2025).
