New fantasy romance drama Let’s Fight (aka Lai Zhan or 来战) has begun filming today as iQIYI’s Weibo account drops three new posters for the Chinese drama.
The three posters — which are beautifully stylized — feature protagonist A Dai (played by Ju Jing Yi), and her master Xiao Yi Han (Zhang Yun Long).
They were released with a short message that hints at the C-drama’s plot:

Orphaned wanderer A’Dai (@鞠婧祎) is trained by her master Xiao Yihan (@张云龙mmc), forming a master-disciple duo of “overachiever vs. chill master.”Their amusing cultivation daily life takes a dark turn when the apprentice embarks on a thousand-mile quest to kill her mentor.

The C-drama is adapted from the novel “Shi Fu Xin Sai” (师父心塞) by Jiu Lu Fei Xiang (九鹭非香), with Zhao Yi Long (Love Game in Eastern Fantasy) directing.
Prolific screenwriter Jiu Lu Fei Xiang (The Legend of Shen Li and Love Between Fairy and Devil) has written the script.
Along with Ju Jing Yi and Zhang Yun Long as the main leads, the C-drama also features Xiao Yan, Gu Zi Cheng, Johnny Zhang, Qi Yu Chen, Hai Yi Tian and Ma Xin Rui in supporting roles.
The Chinese drama comprises 30 episodes.
