Historical mystery romance drama Chasing Dreams has reached 300,000 reservations on Tencent Video, with a sweet poster of main leads Chen Zhe Yuan and Zhang Jing Yi released by the streaming platform in celebration.

Of course, just because Tencent is celebrating Chasing Dreams grabbing 300,000 reservations, that doesn’t mean the C-drama will be premiering any time soon.
The reportedly 40-episode series only wrapped up its filming back in March, and with Chinese historical dramas typically taking at least a year in post-production, it will be some time in 2026 at the earliest before Chasing Dreams eventually drops.
