After kicking off filming on September 27th, Chinese medical-themed drama The Heart 2 wrapped up its filming today, while releasing 10 visuals of all the main and lead supporting characters from the wrap ceremony.
Those 10 The Heart 2 wrap ceremony photos came with a message from Tencent Video confirming the cast, and commenting about the same faces we all fell in love with during the first season of The Heart being back again for the second:

The second season of the hit Chinese drama is set two years after the end of Season 1 when Zhou Xiaofeng returns from aiding Guizhou and becomes the youngest executive director of the cardiology department in the history of Dongli Hospital.
He, Lin Yi, and Fang Xiaoran then form a new three-person team and fight side by side in new professional challenges and emotional tests.
With The Heart 2 now heading into post-production, it will probably be towards the end of 2026 at the earliest before the C-drama is released.
