Plot Synopsis
Thousands of years ago, a mysterious meteorite carrying strange parasitic entities crashed at the top of Fengzi Ridge. To contain its evil influence, an ancient master and disciples forged seven wooden heart tablets to trap the entities, sealing them with a mystical Phoenix Lock.
The guardianship of these tablets passed through generations… until, one day about a century ago, a dog unearthed one of the tablets and unleashed its corruption, setting off a wave of bizarre and gruesome murders.
In the present day, fate brings five ordinary yet courageous young people together: Mu Dai, Luo Ren, Yan Hong Sha, Yi Wan San, and Cao Yan Hua.
They form the “Phoenix Squad”, standing against the malevolent relics and confronting darkness in a perilous quest that will test their resolve, forge deep bonds of friendship. And even spark romance as they fight to protect the innocent, while preventing a catastrophe unleashed on the world.
