Its quite involved and suspenseful plot goes like this:

Noodle shop owner Han Dong (played by Tong Da Wei) and his wife Lin Yue Yue (played by Esther Wang) lead a seemingly tranquil life that conceals a turbulent past. Lin Yue Yue was once known as “Li Rongzhen” in the nightlife scene and is being blackmailed by her former “old acquaintance” Ling Jie (played by Ma Su), who threatens to expose her.

Simultaneously, Han Dong’s deeply buried secret from twenty years ago is unearthed due to the revenge of a mysterious figure.

As the crisis orchestrated by Han Dong’s old friend Sun Hai Tao (played by Ren Zhong) escalates step by step, the couple finds themselves trapped in an invisible web of darkness.

Han Dong’s past cowardice once led his high school classmate Zhao Xiao Qi into the darkest moment of her life. Meanwhile, Lin Yue Yue’s alliance with her former sister Amei (played by Jiang Shu Ying) unveils a shocking secret from their disgraceful past, directly implicating the powerful Sun family.

Faced with the overwhelming influence of the Sun family, the couple transitions from passive defense to a desperate counterattack, joining forces to defend their family.

Check out the Inseparable wrap ceremony photos above and below.

With the C-drama comprising just 12 episodes, it’s likely it will premiere on iQIYI faster than the typical 36-episode historical romance.
