Historical light comedy C-drama Yummy Yummy Yummy had two new character visuals drop today — for main leads Li Yun Rui as Lin Yan, and Wang Ying Lu as Shen Shao Guang.
The two new visuals have Li Jun Rui enjoying a bowl of noodles while Wang Ying Lu eats a hot pot.
The C-drama is scheduled to premiere on Tencent Video/WeTV once it gets a release date. (Update: October 9th has now been announced as its official premiere date. Yay!)
Yummy Yummy Yummy was also recently changed from its original 30-episodes, to a now-32-episode drama.
It will be the third drama premiering in just three months for Wang Ying Lu if it drops before mid-October, as her When Destiny Brings the Demon premiered on August 16th, followed by Twelve Letters on August 29th.
The 25-year-old actress also starred in I Am Nobody: The Showdown Between Yin & Yang in January, and had a supporting role in Created in China.
Meanwhile, Li Yun Rui was one of the stars of Reopen My Journals earlier in the year.
The 29-year-old actor also had a guest role in Perfect Match in January, and has just finished filming both Dazzling, and Tigers Sniff the Rose. His latest drama Rebirth is also likely to premiere in early 2026.
Yep. You could say both of these very popular Chinese actors are in very high demand at the moment.
