Latest Vendetta of An poster features 6 men involved in the empire-changing political intrigue
The soon-to-released Cheng Yi-led Chinese historical mystery thriller The Vendetta of An has dropped a ‘Hidden Killing Intent‘ poster this morning featuring the six men who are involved in the empire-changing political intrigue of this Chinese drama.
Along with the poster, which has Cheng Yi as Xie Huai An front and center, streaming service YOUKU hinted about the plot:

What’s this about a December 12th premiere?
As one of the most-anticipated C-dramas of 2025, and with just three weeks of the year left, yes, we are still waiting for a premiere date announcement for the 28-episode series.
We do know it is definitely scheduled for a December release, and with rumors in China still saying Friday, December 12th.
If that does end up being the case (fingers crossed!), and it looks promising due to the continuous number of marketing visuals being released over the last week (see yesterday’s above), we should get an announcement about this in the next few days.
After all, The Vendetta of An got its official distribution license in November so, other than YOUKU finding a streaming slot for it, there shouldn’t be any reason for delay.
