Plot Synopsis
Love on the Turquoise Land blends urban fantasy with modern mystery and romance. The story follows Nie Jiuluo, a talented sculptor whose quiet life takes a dramatic turn when she learns she is descended from an ancient elite force sent by Emperor Qin Shi Huang centuries ago to search for the secret of immortality — the so-called “Tangled Army.”
In the present day, a series of supernatural events tied to old legends and hidden powers draws Nie Jiuluo into conflict with both dark forces and human conspiracies. At the same time, Yan Tuo, a wealthy heir driven by family mysteries, seeks the truth behind those same strange occurrences.
Although they start with conflicting goals, Nie Jiuluo and Yan Tuo gradually learn to trust one another as they confront the looming threat orchestrated by the enigmatic Lin Xi Rou and other powerful enemies. Through shared danger, cooperation, and growing mutual respect, their combat-tinged relationship deepens into genuine affection.
